Iberdrola Energie Deutschland GmbH is the largest operator of offshore wind farms in the German Baltic Sea. With the business lines Offshore and Onshore the range of services extends from the planning, construction and operation of offshore and onshore wind farms as well as photovoltaic projects. Our mandate offers its industrial and commercial customers tailored solutions for the supply of green energy, from traditional electricity supply including portfolio management services, long-term PPA contracts to PV solutions. In addition, it also provides cross-technology, integrated solutions, such as battery storage or the use of green hydrogen for industrial use.

As the future Head of Customer Support, you will lead the Customer Support department with four employees and be responsible for providing professional support to B2B customers. We are looking for candidates with initial management experience as well as "second-tier" candidates looking for a management role.

Your future activities will include:

Your tasks: "Managing complex processes in energy data management"

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a team of 4 employees
  • Responsible for all market communication and energy data management processes
  • Ensure functional market communication processes in the electricity segment in accordance with German regulatory requirements
  • Achieve a high quality of service for our B2B customers with your team
  • Support your team with technical questions from customers (meter point management)

For this exciting challenge, the candidate is expected to have the following professional and personal qualities as the future Head of Customer Support (m/f/d):

Your qualification: "Process consultant and manager in one person"

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration (Bachelor's, Master's) or commercial training with further professional development in market communication
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the German energy market (in particular GPKE, WiM)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of market communication in the electricity market
  • First management experience desired - but also intended as an entry into a first management role

  • Service-oriented leadership personality
  • Integrative team player who can win people over
  • Structured, analytical way of thinking and goal-oriented approach
  • Strong process orientation (CIP, KPI, etc.)
  • Business fluent in German
