Head of Customer Support (m/f/d) – Market Communication & Energy Data Management

Your tasks

  • Your tasks: “Managing complex processes in energy data management”
  • Technical and disciplinary management of a team of 4 employees
  • Responsible for all market communication and energy data management processes
  • Ensure functional market communication processes in the electricity segment in accordance with German regulatory requirements
  • Achieve a high quality of service for our B2B customers with your team
  • Support your team with technical questions from customers (meter point management)

  • For this exciting challenge, the candidate is expected to have the following professional and personal qualities as the future Head of Customer Support (m/f/d):
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration (Bachelor, Master) or a commercial apprenticeship with further professional development in market communication
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the German energy market (in particular GPKE, WiM)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of market communication in the electricity market
  • Initial management experience desirable – but also intended as an entry into a first management role
  • Your profile: “Customer-oriented thinking and solution-oriented manager”
  • Service-oriented leadership personality
  • Integrative team player who can win people over
  • Structured, analytical way of thinking and goal-oriented approach
  • Strong process orientation (CIP, KPI, etc.)
  • Business fluent in German
  • Business fluent in English
  • Spanish desirable, can be learned through internal training
