Customer advisor (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- First point of contact for our customers on all communication channels: in person, by phone, email and WhatsApp as well as via our online service portal.
- Advising our customers on energy supply and service issues relating to our tariffs and home benefits.
- In addition, you will administer all customer support business cases: preparing offers, assisting with registrations, de-registrations and re-registrations, processing tariff changes, handling customer correspondence, agreements on budget billing and installment payments, tasks relating to annual consumption billing, acquiring household and small business customers.
- The location may vary within the BHAG network area.
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training in a recognized training occupation.
- First professional experience in sales/sales or in customer service/customer center/sales office/sales store.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Good written and spoken German and English. Further language skills are an advantage.
- Enjoy dealing with people and an unconditional desire to retain customers.
- You are mobile and have a car driver’s license.
