Sales Representative (m/f/d) Sales B2C
Your tasks
- Processing telephone, personal and written inquiries from customers on the subject of electricity and gas
- Advising and selling products to customers and interested parties
- Entering and maintaining contract data
- Carrying out product changes for existing customers – with master data adjustments if necessary
- Close cooperation with our customers, municipal partners and internal interfaces
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Initial experience in dealing with customers
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Communicative and customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as a strong ability to work in a team
- Quick comprehension and an independent and structured way of working
