We employ around 3,200 people in Bonn, Mainz and 44 other locations.
What does Division 623 do?
We are responsible for the Gas and Hydrogen Network Development Plan, which has to be drawn up every two years by the transmission system and hydrogen transmission system operators. We support the entire planning cycle, starting with the consultation, review and approval of the scenario framework through to the evaluation and confirmation of the expansion measures identified to meet demand. Due to the wide range of tasks involved in grid development planning, our work is characterized by a high degree of interdisciplinarity and versatility.
