Commercial management (f/m/d)

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for preparing all outgoing invoices for EDL Solingen GmbH and for checking and approving incoming invoices
  • Your tasks also include the management of quantity contracts and orders as well as orders via Newtron.
  • You will also manage and process maintenance contracts (request, review, processing, commissioning).
  • You will also prepare annual price adjustment calculations and heating cost statements as part of the heat supply.
  • You will also be responsible for advising and supporting customers for the heating energy and heating cost distribution product.
  • You will also support operational management contracting, including the commissioning of service providers.

Your qualifications

  • You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (f/m/d) or comparable commercial training.
  • It is desirable that you have completed further training, for example as a business economist IHK or energy specialist.
  • Ideally, you have several years of relevant professional experience in the energy industry or the activities mentioned.
  • You enjoy working independently and have excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Personally, you have a high sense of responsibility and reliability as well as good comprehension skills.
