Consultant (m/f/d) in the Direct Fundraising team
Your tasks
- Developing test scenarios to optimize donation formats and approaches based on facts
- Working closely with our experts in data management and data mining to identify the best possible target group for each campaign
- Selecting donor information in our SextANT donor database and documenting contacts
- Correct dispatch of donation communications, including with the help of Typo3 CMS and marketing automation tools such as Active Campaign
- Evaluating the results of fundraising campaigns based on the database
- Developing new advertising formats as well as surveying and optimizing success and the target group together with our data management experts
- A sure instinct for approaching (potential) donors
- Carrying out cross-media fundraising and marketing campaigns
Your qualifications
- At least two years of professional experience and completed training or studies
- Enjoy working with numbers and experience in complex data analysis
- Knowledge of campaign success measurement tools and their application
- Experience in working with content and customer relationship management systems
- Quick comprehension and a high degree of flexibility
- Willingness to travel on business
