Your tasks
- Recording meter readings
- Maintenance of meter master data
- Coordination of service providers for meter changes
- Commercial processing from meter installation to contract creation in Schleupen CS
- Rollout of intelligent metering systems
- Shared service processing as a service for the grid operator, suppliers and metering point operators (service processes)
- Plausibility check, application and cleansing of contract and master data
- Written, telephone and personal customer support
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Affinity for technical processes, enjoyment of constant technical innovation
- Specialist knowledge of the energy industry desirable
- Friendly demeanor with a high level of service
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Very good analytical thinking skills and a strong willingness to learn
- Very good MS Office skills
- Solution-oriented and independent working style
