Fully qualified lawyer / in-house lawyer – civil and corporate law / wind energy projects (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You will draw up, review and assess various contracts and sample contracts for us, e.g. for securing land, construction contracts (general contractor contracts) and service contracts.
- As a competent contact person, you will advise our project teams on legal matters in the field of wind energy, process legal inquiries from our specialist areas and be available to help your colleagues with any related questions.
- You will also coordinate and support the field teams in securing the required construction sites under civil law.
- You will manage and organize the cooperation with external lawyers from the awarding of mandates to the successful completion of the project.
- You will be responsible for preparing documents relevant to decision-making and, last but not least, you will review new laws, directives and regulations and inform us of their consequences for the company and our day-to-day business.
Your qualifications
- Completed law studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) – preferably with a focus on social law or commercial law; alternatively second state examination in law or a comparable qualification
- Ideally initial professional experience in a similar position at a company
- Good MS Office skills, strong ability to derive new solutions and analytical thinking
- Structured way of working, quick comprehension and sense of responsibility
- Desire to work independently and enjoy teamwork
