Network Dispatcher (m/f/d) Operational Service Electricity

• You monitor the complex situation of the grids and power distribution systems in the high/medium voltage switching command area, you record and analyze information/event and customer messages, you carry out a comprehensive assessment of the complex grid situation
• You will independently carry out switching operations by remote control or instruction of switching operations to authorized persons in the assigned switching command areas, taking into account the existing switching states
• You prioritize and coordinate all measures and resources in the event of faults in the assigned switching command areas of the grids and systems, you handle operational grid operation during normal operation
• You ensure the “company’s central reporting office” function and carry out initial documentation of all events and the associated triggering of the necessary reporting chain, you initiate initial measures and find solutions for uncontrolled problems as part of operational grid management and as the central reporting office
• You will work in a continuous shift system and take part in the on-call duty of the electricity control center and support the control center engineer and the general engineering staff of the electricity control center

• We are open to development candidates – so if you do not meet all the requirements, this is not an exclusion criterion
• Ideally, you have a qualification as a master craftsman or technician in electrical engineering/mechatronics (m/f/d) or have a first professionally qualifying university/university of applied sciences degree such as a bachelor’s degree (m/f/d)
• You have extensive knowledge in the field of grid and operational management of an electricity grid and energy distribution systems
• Complex knowledge of the control system for operations management as well as reporting and selected additional modules would be an advantage,
• Equally helpful would be: advanced knowledge of complex data entry with a grid control system; as well as confident use of MS Office, advanced knowledge of operational IT, GIS system and basic knowledge of IT security management
• A switching authorization and switching instruction authorization for medium and high voltage round off your profile
