Group Manager Crane and Power Plant Operations (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As Group Manager (m/f/d), you will ensure the function and needs-based availability of the systems and components.
- You will analyze and correct the operating process and the systems to maintain or increase availability and efficiency
- You will be involved in the planning and implementation of optimization projects and the commissioning of new systems
- You will be responsible for analyzing and eliminating faults and preparing fault reports
- You will be responsible for reporting system faults and creating concepts to rectify faults
- You will lead your team in technical and disciplinary terms
- You take part in the telephone on-call service after intensive training
Your qualifications
- Enthusiasm for the energy transition
- Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or power plant engineering
- Several years of professional experience and management experience in power plants or waste incineration plants desirable
- Sound knowledge of crane systems, supply and disposal of power plants and power plant technology,
- You are able to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions and implement them effectively
- Knowledge of personnel management
- Ability to work independently, responsibly and as part of a team
