Sales management employee (m/f/d) – focus on trade fairs and events

• The Sales Management team is part of the Sales department. This team is responsible for customer acquisition and retention, online marketing and cooperation partner management for our private and commercial customers – in future also increasingly at trade fairs and events.
• We are open to a combination of remote work and on-site presence in full or part-time (at least 80%) at one of our locations in Schönau, Freiburg or Berlin.
• You identify suitable events and presences for the EWS and develop individual concepts
• You will independently plan and organize our national participation in trade fairs and events with information stands
• You represent the EWS on site, advise interested parties, customers and fellow campaigners on our product portfolio, our cooperative and provide information on current environmental, climate and energy policy issues
• You are part of active network maintenance and work closely with other specialist departments within EWS in this context
• You put together teams, coordinate their assignments at our information stands and train them on currently relevant topics and content

• You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
• Your desire to represent EWS is more important to us than formal qualifications
• You have previous knowledge and initial experience in the energy industry, climate protection and/or sustainability issues
• You work in a customer-oriented manner and your self-image of personal service contributes to strong customer loyalty
• Sustainability and climate protection are very important to you, you want to make a difference through your daily actions
• You have a high willingness to travel within Germany and the associated need to work on weekends as well
