Network Service Officer (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the timely processing of grid connection requests
- You focus on our customers, market partners and installers and support them from the role of grid operator in the connection process for generation plants and in technical connection issues
- You take care of the implementation of Section 14a EnWG and work closely with the Electricity Grids department
- You will manage the portal and software solutions in the Technology department and develop them further
- You form the interface to the commercial area of the energy industry
Your qualifications
- Degree in engineering or your technical training or further training as a master craftsman or technician in a technical field
- With many years of professional experience in the energy industry, you have comprehensive knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines such as NAV, TAB and VDE as well as the legal framework of the EEG
- You have a keen interest in renewable energies, electromobility and the energy transition and have skills and experience in this area as well as in customer service
- You drive process optimization and automation in your area and company-wide interfaces.
- You have strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex interrelationships and derive concrete measures from them
- You have strong communication and assertiveness skills to work with different departments, are able to work under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
- You also have a high level of initiative, customer and service orientation and a solution-oriented way of working
