Full-time or part-time employee in customer service and receivables management (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- Support for existing customers (master data management, clarification of concerns and questions, customer loyalty measures)
- Sales of green electricity, heat, gas and energy service products for tariff customers as well as sales activities at events
- Telephone, personal and written customer support, initiation of assistance measures to restore customers’ ability to pay, e.g. agreement and monitoring of installment plans
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in the energy sector and in customer service / receivables management an advantage
- High customer orientation and sales experience in the field of gas and electricity sales and energy services
- Good software knowledge of a billing & ERP system (ideally SIV kVASy) and Microsoft Office
- Motivated and communicative personality
- Team player with initiative and a high level of motivation
