Head of Regulatory Management (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for regulatory management at Rhein-Sieg Netz, including monitoring cost audits, calculating grid fees and maintaining the regulatory account.
- As a contact person, you will represent the company to the various stakeholder groups, such as regulatory authorities, shareholders, municipal partners and customers.
- Among other things, you will be responsible for preparing grid management concepts and profitability assessments as part of concession procedures.
- You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your team of currently eleven employees.
- You will be involved in the continuous development and digitalization of your department and act as an interface with other departments.
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in engineering / natural sciences / law or economics.
- You have a sound regulatory and commercial understanding and have several years of relevant professional experience – ideally in a management role.
- Your actions are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and you “live” the service concept.
- You know how to attract, promote and develop new talent for your team.
- Your negotiating skills with authorities, customers and partners set you apart.
- You are a real team player who not only lends a hand, but also delegates tasks and at the same time knows how to take responsibility for results.
