Team leader and cable sub-project manager for DC projects (m/f/d)

• As team leader and sub-project manager for cables (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire cable area for SuedLink and the other DC projects OstWestLink and NordWestLink. In particular, you will ensure that the cables supplied meet the high AG requirements and are delivered on time. You will also be responsible for the contractual processing of the cable contracts and lead a team of technical experts.
• You conduct contract negotiations (supplements, tenders)
• You are responsible for production monitoring and control as well as ensuring the quality-assured delivery of DC cables
• You will assume budget responsibility for cable contracts in the three-digit million range
• Disciplinary management of a small team of technical experts is also part of the job

• You have a successfully completed degree (university/university of applied sciences) with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• The position requires several years of experience with DC cables in the extra-high voltage range (320kV, 525kV) as well as several years of experience in negotiating contracts and supplements
• Furthermore, you can already demonstrate success in the management of major projects
• Initial experience in leading a team is an advantage
• Very good language skills in German and English are required for the role
• You have a high degree of assertiveness and team spirit
