Engineer Strategic Network Planning (m/f/d) for electricity, data networks, info cable, 450 MHz
Your tasks
- For the conception, development and updating of strategic, future-oriented concepts, regional planning and grid development plans, taking into account the changing boundary conditions of the energy and heat transition, we are looking for a
- Planning: You will carry out strategic target grid planning for the 110 kV, 10 kV and 0.4 kV electricity grids. In addition, you will plan the network topology and target network planning of a data network using underground signal cables, fiber optics and empty conduits for network operation.
- Evaluation: You will continuously check and evaluate the networks based on condition assessments and fault analyses.
- Modeling: You build and update executable network models, using modern network calculation or simulation software, among other things.
- Deriving measures: You derive recommendations for measures to optimize electricity grids and grid structures from a technical and regulatory perspective.
- Implementation: You will be involved in the design of planning principles for the construction and maintenance of the grids as well as in the provision and determination of decision-relevant commercial and technical key figures in the electricity sector.
- Smartification: You support and design the introduction and rollout of digital local network stations (ONS) as a basic building block of KRITIS.
Your qualifications
- Education: You have completed a technical/university degree in the field of electrical engineering/energy technology or comparable.
- Experience: You ideally have professional experience in the construction or operation of power distribution systems as well as in the field of network calculation (e.g. PowerFactory, Neplan, Sincal, Integral …).
- Knowledge: You are very familiar with the relevant laws and regulations as well as the technical regulations. SAP and GIS knowledge is of course an advantage, but not essential.
- Personality: You are characterized by a high level of commitment, initiative and the ability to work independently.
