Head of IT / CIO (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- As Head of IT / CIO (f/m/d), you will drive the digital transformation of the ESB Group and report directly to the management. The position offers a wide range of fields of activity, from infrastructure to SAP and energy industry applications to IT security issues. Our central IT department provides 600 users with solutions from the M365 cloud and we operate around 280 virtual servers and 20 SAP systems in our ISO 27001-certified data centers.
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of the company’s IT strategy
- Implementation of new technologies with a view to efficiency and future viability
- Ensuring IT security and responsibility for compliance with data protection regulations
- Managing and developing employees in their technical, methodological and social skills
- Cooperative and constructive collaboration with managers to optimize processes
- Management of IT budget and resources
- Facility management
Your qualifications
- Degree in computer science or comparable training in an IT environment and experience in an IT management position
- Proven success in developing and implementing IT strategies and managing a team of specialists
- Technology know-how paired with a strategic-analytical mindset and innovative strength
- Experience in the implementation of complex IT projects
- Strong implementation skills, excellent communication skills (written and spoken German) and enjoy networking
