Officer for the expansion of the charging infrastructure for electromobility (f/m/d)

The position is open-ended.
What are your main tasks?
- As the owner and lessor of Bundeswehr properties, BImA is tasked with supporting the Bundeswehr in its construction activities. As a consultant in the field of serial construction, you will manage BImA projects in the field of installing charging infrastructure for electromobility throughout Germany, primarily on properties used by the Federal Ministry of Defense (BMVg).
- To this end, you will support the full-service providers in the construction and implementation phase with your technical expertise, assume the role of client and manage the entire process through to commissioning - also in cooperation with the main facility management offices.
- As the central contact person, you advise and support the coordinators in the main Facility Management offices.
- You will be responsible for project planning and will always keep an eye on progress and success monitoring.
- To make work processes more efficient, you will identify similar user requirements and derive standard plans from them. You will also develop standardized catalogs of requirements for the BImA and support tendering procedures and bid reviews.
Our work is mobile and flexible. Nevertheless, the post/workplace will occasionally involve business trips, including throughout Germany.
What do we expect?
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree (university diploma/master's degree) in electrical engineering, building services engineering, civil engineering, architecture, communications and information technology or a comparable qualification.
Professional skills:
- You have knowledge and perhaps also experience in the planning and implementation of construction measures in the field of electrical installations and low-voltage distributions.
- You have knowledge of electromobility and technical infrastructure.
- You have knowledge and experience in project management.
- You have sound IT application skills (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of public procurement law is an advantage.
- You have application knowledge of SAP or are willing to acquire it.

- You have good organizational skills and the ability to think and act economically.
- You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with changing areas of responsibility.
