Master / Technician – Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) in the highway maintenance department Rohrbach
Your tasks
- Technical coordination (planning and construction) of conversion, expansion and new construction measures for electrical and communication systems including control center technology on federal motorways
- Specialist responsibility for electrical engineering operations, in particular for systems and cable houses in the area of responsibility of specialist centers for information technology, traffic and tunnel control centers and freeway maintenance depots as the responsible electrical specialist (VEFK) as well as performing organizational duties in the electrical sector
- Preparation of work instructions/operating instructions and risk assessments in the area of responsibility
- Operation, maintenance and fault clearance of traffic, operational and communication technology equipment on federal freeways with a focus on electrotechnical systems; implementation of maintenance management and operational monitoring of electrotechnical systems
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree (FH/ Bachelor) as an electrical engineer or similar or equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience (e.g. master electrician)
- Very good knowledge in the field of electrical safety as well as sound specialist knowledge in the field of electrical engineering standards and guidelines, in particular comprehensive knowledge of DIN VDE 0105-100 (operation of electrical systems) and DIN VDE 1000-10 (VEFK) with a focus on sections 3.1, 3.2 and 5.3
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Switching authorization for electrical systems up to 30 kV
- Strong understanding of safety, effective and networked thinking and acting and flexible, solution-oriented action
- Class B driving license
- Willingness to take on on-call duty
