Engineer / Coordinator District heating work control
Your tasks
- As a district heating work management coordinator, you plan and manage complex work in the district heating network (pipes, systems and stations).
- You organize the commissioning of new systems, the renewal of stations in synergy with the customer’s wishes and optimize building systems to increase the efficiency of the district heating supply.
- You will advise district heating customers on efficient heating technology, implement the TAR and supervise renovation and renewal measures.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with maintenance deadlines in accordance with laws, regulations and technical rules (such as DIN, AGFW and DVGW) to avoid risks for network management and the organization.
- You will organize and, if necessary, carry out inspections in accordance with BetrSichV.
- You will evaluate the work results of the plant service qualitatively and initiate follow-up measures if necessary, pursuing the goal of predictive maintenance.
- You will coordinate and supervise the renewal of district heating stations.
- Your tasks will include the further development, support and quality assurance of the technology, equipment, fittings and apparatus used.
- Your range of tasks will be rounded off by participating in company-wide projects and implementing the targets from these projects for the district heating division.
Your qualifications
- You are an engineer:in supply engineering, technical building services, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or can provide evidence of a comparable qualification.
- You have at least one year of professional experience in district heating supply and are well versed in technical building services.
- Ideally, you have already successfully qualified as a person authorized to inspect systems requiring monitoring (pressure systems) in accordance with Annex 2, Section 4 Point 3 of the BetrSichV.
- You are characterized by a cooperative yet independent way of working. For you, the customers come first.
- You are open to new topics and like to get to the bottom of things.
- Initiative and teamwork are attributes that you have internalized in your way of working.
- It goes without saying that you are willing to be on call.
