Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Project Finance / Sales / M&A Renewable Energies
Your tasks
- Identify suitable national and international banks and investors for our wind, solar and hybrid parks
- Structuring project financing and building up project portfolios
- Leads M&A transactions and sells projects to national and international investors
- Conducts contract negotiations
- Responsible for and manage the structured financing and M&A process from initiation, due diligence and contract negotiations through to financial close and coordinate interdisciplinary teams from internal specialist departments during this process
- Creating and evaluating profitability calculations (financial modelling) and sensitivity analyses and optimizing their structures
- Develop projects and processes commercially
- Supports the conclusion of electricity supply contracts (“PPA”) and participation in tariff tenders
- Lead a team in the future
Your qualifications
- In Project Finance & Sales, we combine optimal financial structuring at project level with the subsequent sale of projects to renowned national and international investors. We are therefore looking for open-minded and motivated new colleagues who can think outside the box. If you enjoy taking on responsibility and want to help shape a sustainable energy transition, we can offer you a challenging and exciting role with us.
- Have completed a degree – preferably in finance or economics
- Have several years of professional experience in financing and selling renewable energy projects or similar asset classes (e.g. real estate)
- Have already managed and structured complex project transactions and conducted the associated negotiations
- Are a strong communicator and have a strong analytical mindset
- Have a very good command of German, English and other languages are an advantage
- Negotiate skillfully and present yourself confidently
- Work independently, think entrepreneurially and are a team player
