Electrical engineer (f/m/d) Substation / Primary technology
Your tasks
- I am responsible for planning and carrying out the maintenance and servicing of primary technology equipment in the substations in my area of operation in the electricity grid.
- Monitoring and organizing the prescribed periodic inspections of primary technology,
- Carrying out functional tests, including rectifying defects if necessary,
- Commercial and technical order processing for maintenance,
- Coordination with all internal and external parties involved,
- Assuming responsibility for the system and carrying out switching operations,
- Assisting with technical acceptance and declaration of operational readiness,
- Assistance with troubleshooting and fault rectification in substations and their structural operating equipment,
- Support with technical training, occupational health and safety instructions and workplace risk and stress analysis,
- Support in monitoring legally prescribed cyclical inspections of the operating facilities in the substations,
- Participation in the on-call system.
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering,
- Ideally completed further training as a technician or master craftsman with a focus on energy technology or a comparable field,
- Ideally practical professional experience in the desired field of activity,
- A car driving license,
- A talent for clear, assertive communication,
- An independent and proactive way of working,
- The ability to understand complex tasks and organize them independently,
- Reliability and conscientiousness.
- Not a must, but an advantage:
- Knowledge and experience in the construction and/or operation of extra-high voltage grid installations and their equipment in general and in particular in the field of primary technology, for the maintenance and servicing of gas-insulated switchgear,
- Proficient in the use of MS Office,
- Ability to work at height,
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
