• As a department head, you are responsible for the management and personal and professional development of the department’s employees.
• You will manage and optimize the department’s business processes. This includes planning and monitoring the budget to ensure financial targets are met through efficient resource management and cost efficiency.
• You will identify and implement measures to continuously improve existing processes and workflows within the department and in collaboration with other process participants.
• In order to increase the operational efficiency, utilization and productivity of the department, you will analyze and improve the relevant key performance indicators. This will ensure continuous process improvement and performance enhancement.
• You ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements as well as internal and external guidelines, particularly in the areas of labor law, legal & compliance. You will ensure the high professional quality of the department’s work results.
• Taking on responsibility and working on cross-departmental or strategic company projects round off your area of responsibility.
• Your results area: You will ensure the implementation of strategic and operational corporate and departmental objectives in the maintenance planning and preparation of gas/water systems and pipelines. You will also assume responsibility for the plant.

• You have a Master’s degree in a subject relevant to the area of specialization or a comparable qualification.
• You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable environment and have already gained initial management experience, for example as a representative or in projects.
• You have strong leadership and communication skills. When it comes down to it, you make yourself heard and inspire others with your ideas.
• You are characterized by your responsible way of working and your high level of initiative. Even in dynamic times, you don’t lose sight of the big picture and approach new situations with an open mind.
