- Analyzing and optimizing sales performance, in particular through segment analyses of customers, setting up churn score models to avoid customer churn and product analyses
- Supporting the digitalization of sales processes
- Taking on key user activities for sales systems (e.g. CRM)
- Collaboration in process management and strategic projects
- Link between sales controlling, digital marketing and sales
Your qualifications
- Degree in economics, social sciences or humanities or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge and experience in data analysis and sales campaign planning
- Analytical and structured thinking with a high affinity for numbers
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating with different departments
