Specialist Planner (m/f/d) Renewable Energies
Your tasks
- In this key position, you will make a decisive contribution to the climate transition, not only for Potsdam, but for the entire region. If you are interested in the field of renewable energies and have the desire to make a significant difference, then you have come to the right place!
- Site acquisition: You will identify promising locations for wind and PV projects, taking into account all planning law criteria. Your contribution will ensure that we create the best conditions for the success of our projects and make the region sustainable.
- Planning: You use your specialist knowledge to develop precise site plans, targeted concepts and planning variants. You will prepare the approval and implementation planning for wind energy projects in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BlmSchG) and take care of the planning permission for PV projects, making an important contribution to the implementation of our climate targets.
- Project planning: You accompany the development of sites until they are ready for planning and ensure that all requirements are met. Your work is a decisive step towards a sustainable energy future.
- Supervision: You monitor the projects from planning to commissioning and
- Ensure compliance with all technical, licensing and expert requirements. Your commitment ensures that the projects are successfully implemented and have a positive impact on the region.
- Communication: As a competent contact person (m/f/d), you take part in public meetings and maintain a dialog with authorities and experts. Your proactive communication is essential for smooth project progress and the acceptance of our projects in the region.
- Reporting: Your regular and proactive reporting within the project team keeps everyone involved informed and contributes to transparent project management.
Your qualifications
- Education: A degree with a focus on energy technology or relevant professional experience in the field of renewable energies forms the solid foundation of your expertise.
- Knowledge: You are well-versed in dealing with legal standards such as the BlmSchG, building law and the EEG. You also have in-depth knowledge of PV and wind turbine technology as well as yield calculation and expert reports.
- Competencies: You are results-oriented, proactive and independent. A willingness to travel and a driver’s license are required to successfully drive the projects forward.
- Software: You are confident in using GIS systems, AutoCAD and planning and simulation software.
