Customer Relationship Manager in the Offshore customer segment (m/f/d)

• You are the central point of contact for our offshore feeders. You manage projects, communicate clearly with customers and take responsibility for the implementation and success of these projects.
• You coordinate all questions from our feeders internally, especially on grid issues, legal and technical requirements. You actively mediate between various stakeholders.
• You will support feeders in ongoing operations and accompany new offshore grid connections through to commissioning, taking into account all technical, economic and legal requirements.
• You are responsible for contract management and negotiate contracts with our feeders. Your expertise in drafting contracts is crucial for success.
• You actively ensure a safe working environment and support your colleagues to work in a cooperative and efficient environment.

• You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a similar subject.
• You have practical experience in the energy industry or with a grid operator and have successfully managed customer projects.
• You communicate clearly with customers and conduct negotiations at eye level, based on sound technical knowledge.
• You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for results and use IT systems effectively to manage projects.
• You have a very good command of English and German to communicate professionally with international customers.
