TGA Planner / Site Manager (m/f/d) Heating / Ventilation / Sanitary or Electrical Engineering – Master Craftsman, Technician, Bachelor / Master Energy / Building Technology (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- Supporting the external planning of energy supply concepts for our buildings and residential districts as part of new construction and modernization projects
- Economic efficiency comparisons, selection, support and acceptance of maintenance measures, modernization and new construction projects as quality assurance in the TGA area
- Interface between the specialist departments: Communication to achieve the 2045 climate targets
- Collaboration on software-supported CO₂ monitoring of our 550 heat generation systems in 850 buildings
- Participation in drawing up the annual budget for the TGA area (HLS)
- Participation in the definition of new technical standards, taking into account future technologies to optimize maintenance and operating costs
- Developing the technical implementation of new legal framework conditions
- Supporting innovative pilot projects
- Tendering, conclusion, monitoring, invoicing of contracts for maintenance / testing of technical components / systems as well as master data maintenance
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the field of heating / ventilation / sanitary or electrical engineering and qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
- OR: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in energy and building services engineering or similar
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Interest in further training in the field of HLS or E
- Ability to work in a team
- Quick comprehension
- Communication skills with a high level of self-organization
