Electrical Engineer as Team Leader Network Management – Supply Networks (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Team leader: In this position, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of an independent team of seven employees. Your tasks will include organizing and ensuring smooth shift operations in a 3-shift system as well as coordinating the on-call service to rectify network faults. You will also be responsible for the professional training, guidance and development of your team.
- Network management: You will play a key role in the development and optimization of network management strategies and will be responsible for the operational management of our networks. Your expertise flows into the continuous improvement of processes and systems in order to make grid management more efficient and secure.
- Grid operations: You are jointly responsible for secure grid operations and take on the cross-media acceptance and processing of fault reports.
- Faults: You will carry out technical risk analyses, follow up on incidents and create precise work instructions to minimize future disruptions and increase grid security.
- Projects and certifications: You will actively support the implementation and coordination of projects as well as certifications such as ISMS and TSM to ensure high standards and security requirements are met.
Your qualifications
- Degree and professional experience: You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on energy technology or a similar qualification. In addition, you have already gained valuable professional experience in the field of power grids and systems.
- Specialist skills and knowledge: You have sound experience in leading and managing teams and are characterized by outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You are also very familiar with the current VDE standards and the relevant technical rules and regulations.
- Suitability: You have the required health suitability (examination G25, G37) and are qualified to obtain switching authorization up to 36 kV.
- IT skills: You have solid MS Office skills, are proficient in using IT systems and have desirable experience with SAP.
- Other: You have a class B driving license and preferably live in the Bonn supply area. Furthermore, you have a very good command of written and spoken German (at least C1), ideally you also have a good command of English.
