Customer advisor for the service center network (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As a customer advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers and make our customer contact valuable. You personally take care of all our customers’ concerns, from questions about heat pumps, PV systems, wallboxes and questions about feed-in, meter changes or even complaints, and pass them on to the specialist departments or deal with them directly yourself. We offer you an exciting and varied job as well as the opportunity to work independently and develop personally and professionally. But what exactly would that look like?
- Customer care: You inspire our customers with your customer orientation and focus on a high standard of service. You manage all customers who come to you at the Service Center, process their inquiries and complaints, organize incoming mail and take responsibility for building a knowledge database for network customer service. You have a talent for organization and work independently.
- Liaison and communication: You act as an interface to other departments and external partners. The coordination of internal and external communication activities and other general administrative tasks round off your field of activity.
Your qualifications
- Qualified degree: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience and knowledge: You have experience in telephone and personal customer service as well as in handling new customer processes. Basic knowledge of the energy industry is an advantage. You are very confident in using MS Office.
- Communication is the key: You are a communicative person with excellent social skills, coordination skills and a very good command of German.
- That’s what makes you special: You are characterized by a high service orientation and strong communication skills as well as resilience, time flexibility and independent work. You have a high level of problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality. A friendly demeanor, entrepreneurial thinking, discretion and loyalty are values that you live by in your daily work.
