Technical customer advisor for power generation plants (office-based), e.g. electrical engineer, energy technician or industrial clerk (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- As an account manager, you will support system operators and plant managers in connecting energy systems.
- After successfully providing specialist and technical advice on our products, you will take over the contract processing with the customer.
- In the next step, you will configure the remote control router, send the hardware and support the customer by telephone during commissioning.
- You will also set up the interface to the direct marketer and ensure a smooth connection.
- You will also provide our customers with competent support in the event of a fault, start with fault analysis and initiate troubleshooting.
Your qualifications
- Your basis is a completed technical apprenticeship, preferably as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, an engineering or scientific degree, preferably in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering or similar.
- Alternatively, we can also imagine a lateral entry, e.g. as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk.
- Experience as a sales engineer, customer consultant or in a similar position in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
- You are communicative and have technical understanding and analytical skills – this makes it easy for you to communicate our services to customers and respond to their needs in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are already familiar with the energy market and renewable energies and electricity grids or are open-minded about these topics.
- You also have good written and spoken German and English language skills.
- Project management is your thing: you have strong organizational skills, enjoy working in a team and like developing project ideas with others.
