Team Manager (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering Wind Projects
Your tasks
- Lead and coordinate a team of electrical engineers
- Supervise the planning and construction of the electrical infrastructure (grid connection) for new wind projects throughout Germany
- Assess technical, legal and commercial risks of grid connections
- Coordinate external service providers and internal technical experts
- Negotiate contracts for the purchase and construction of infrastructure
Your qualifications
- Have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering
- Have several years of relevant professional experience with energy infrastructure projects
- Are familiar with working with standards and norms
- Speak business fluent German, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Work in a solution-oriented, assertive and structured manner
- Are willing to travel domestically and abroad (5%-10%)
