Foreman Supply Engineering Gas and District Heating (m/f/d) full-time
Your tasks
- You coordinate and monitor the expansion, conversion and extension measures in the gas and district heating network in the role of site manager
- You will make the necessary arrangements with external and internal parties (customers, suppliers, contractors, installers and employees) and thus ensure that construction is completed on schedule
- You are responsible for the qualitative implementation of projects and keep a close eye on costs
- You are responsible for the technical acceptance, documentation and invoice verification of the respective projects
- You will coordinate maintenance, repair and service work to maintain our networks and facilities
- This also includes material planning and work preparation
- You will be actively involved in requests for quotations and tender preparations
- In the medium term, you will be on call
Your qualifications
- Technical training as a HVAC plant mechanic as well as successfully completed master craftsman training in the field or comparable professional qualifications and knowledge
- Very conscientious, reliable and independent way of working, coupled with commitment, self-motivation and the ability to work in a team
- Strong awareness of the importance of the infrastructure to be maintained
- Knowledge and experience in system control and communication technology is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Willingness to undergo regular training and further education
- Valid class B driving license
