What you can expect:
- Overall responsibility for the management, establishment and strategic development of the Market and Energy Solutions division
- Overall responsibility for the energy optimization and marketing of generation assets, portfolio management and energy procurement
- Representing the company vis-à-vis stakeholders, committee associations, shareholdings and authorities
- Expanding the customer and partner network
- Introducing technical product innovations and new energy services and ensuring technological progress within the company
- Further development and coaching of the management team
You bring with you:
- Sound professional and management experience in the energy industry environment (energy trading, technical sales, energy solutions)
- Several years of experience in the areas of strategy & business planning and in mergers and acquisitions management
- Excellent communication skills, convincing appearance and negotiation skills
- High level of solution orientation and decisiveness
- Completed diploma/master’s degree with a technical or business background
