In this position, as an authorized signatory, you will have overall responsibility for the commercial area and its further development and report directly to the Executive Board.
Your main tasks:
- Management and further development of the areas of finance and accounting, customer service (including billing), sales/energy procurement, regulation management/controlling, purchasing/warehousing and information technology
- Further development of the organization and employees in your area of responsibility, optimization and digitalization of commercial processes
- Ultimate commercial responsibility for preparing the annual financial statements, business planning and commercial reporting
- Ensuring optimized business management of the company, taking into account the regulatory framework
- Internal consulting role for business management issues and processes
- External contact for banks and auditors

- Several years of management experience in relevant functions, ideally in the energy industry
