That's what you stand up for:

• You will independently monitor and manage complex high and medium-voltage grids (110 kV and 30 kV)
• You coordinate disconnections in the grid so that maintenance measures and construction projects to renew or expand the grid can be carried out
• You will be responsible for coordinating all measures in the event of faults and making independent decisions on the deployment of internal specialist departments and external partners
• With your responsible actions, you ensure a secure power supply despite changing power flows in the course of the energy transition (e.g. through grid switching or redispatch measures)
• You will be involved in exciting special tasks and projects in a dynamic system management environment

What you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed a university or university of applied sciences degree in electrical engineering
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the field and knowledge of grid management and grid calculation systems
• You are confident in using MS Office applications
• You are willing to work shifts (2-shift alternating shift with early and late shifts from Mon-Fri with possible substitution of night and weekend shifts or 3-shift alternating shift with early/late and night shifts from Mon-Sun)
• You share your knowledge and new insights with your team (e.g. from dangerous situations)
• You process information quickly and put it to good use
• You show interest in shaping your own scope of action and remain confident and motivated even in challenging situations
