What you can expect
- Technical and disciplinary management of the team of 6 people in the area of market communication and billing for grid and sales.
- Supporting the directly subordinate team members in the fulfillment of tasks and quality assurance
- Motivating and encouraging employees and communicating corporate goals and strategies
- Organizing, ensuring and developing structured communication with divisional management, the team and affected internal and external interfaces
- Technical and operational management of the area of responsibility as well as quality assurance, task allocation and resource management
- Developing and optimizing operational standards and processes
- Management of cross-departmental projects and representation of the team
- Ongoing review and internal coordination of energy industry regulations and their implementation
- Processing (complex) tasks in the area of market data exchange, both on the sales and grid side
- Processing the annual consumption statement and final invoice
- Telephone, written and personal advice and support for customers on complaints and questions relating to billing issues
What distinguishes you
- Successfully completed commercial training or studies, as well as relevant experience in the energy market environment
- A high degree of persuasiveness, independence and assertiveness as well as a sense of responsibility and independent action
- Proven leadership skills: you maintain a trusting, cooperative and situational management style while keeping the company’s goals in mind
- Enjoy complex challenges and the desire to drive forward future topics in the dynamic world of the energy industry
- Experience in using MS Office and at least basic knowledge of and experience with energy industry ERP systems (Navision including transfer)
- The ability and willingness to think and act in interdisciplinary processes and entrepreneurial contexts
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and motivation
