Commercial Project Manager in After Sales Renewable Energies (m/f/d)

We do renewables out of conviction: ABO Energy plans and builds wind and solar parks as well as battery and hydrogen projects worldwide. For almost 30 years, ABO Energy’s in-house specialist departments have been offering everything from a single source: from site assessment, planning, approval and financing to construction, electricity marketing, grid connection, operational management and service. In the area of project financing & sales, we combine optimal financial structuring at project level with the subsequent sale of the projects to renowned national and international investors. After the sale, we continue to manage the project commercially and maintain contact with the bank and investor during the construction and initial operating phase. We are therefore looking for open-minded and motivated new colleagues who can think outside the box. Your tasks

  • Independently take over the contract management of the sales contracts after the sale of the projects
  • Maintain close contact with our external investors and provide commercial support for our wind and PV projects until acceptance
  • Manage purchase price adjustments and process outstanding purchase price retentions
  • Are responsible for coordinating the specialist departments and for deadline management
  • Manage the liquidity of your projects
  • Continue document management on your own responsibility
  • Report successes and challenges to the department as added value for future transactions

Your qualifications

  • Are open-minded and have a confident manner with investors and banks
  • Enjoy interdisciplinary teamwork with specialist departments (construction, nature conservation, legal, claim management, accounting, etc.)
  • Work in a structured, independent manner and with an eye for detail
  • Have a high affinity for dealing with contracts
  • Have completed commercial training or a degree, preferably in finance or economics
  • Are interested in renewable energies and ideally have professional experience in this field
  • Have a good command of German; English is an advantage
