Shift Manager Energy Production (f/m)

We also reliably supply the Basel region with drinking water, internet and mobility. We are the first port of call for renewable energy in Switzerland. Your tasks
- Look forward to exciting tasks:
- Take on the strategic, technical and personnel management of the shift team and promote the continuous development of expertise within the team.
- Be responsible for the operation of the energy production facilities for the city of Basel.
- Organize shift planning and ensure operations at all times.
- Initiating and coordinating measures with internal specialists in the event of faults.
- Plan and carry out commissioning and decommissioning of systems.
Your qualifications
- You are a passionate leader – challenging and developing your team is exactly your thing.
- Your training backpack is filled with basic technical training and further training (HF, HFP, master craftsman or similar).
- Your professional experience in operating industrial systems will help you to progress.
- You are keen to get to know the various plants (waste incineration, steam boilers, flue gas cleaning, etc.) and expand your specialist knowledge.
- 24-hour shifts, noise, dirt and heat? For you, this is simply part of the job and you tackle it with ease.
