Professional (m/f/d) Climate Neutral Buildings International
Your tasks
- Your work will focus on adapting proven concepts of climate-neutral construction to the specific local conditions in an international context and imparting the necessary practical planning and construction site knowledge to local project partners as part of our pilot projects.
- Participation in pilot projects for climate-neutral construction exclusively abroad, in particular in countries in Central Asia, South/East Asia (focus on China) and Eastern Europe (focus on Ukraine)
- Contributing your practical construction experience to a team of five experts from various disciplines in the building sector
- Structured further development and application of our approaches to implementing efficiency and sustainability measures in the international building sector
- Imparting knowledge of the legal basis for minimizing energy requirements and using renewable energies in new construction and refurbishment in Germany
- Support in the development of the market for climate-neutral buildings in the respective target countries
- Exchange in networks, communication with national and international partners, multipliers, stakeholders and specialist actors
- The position is part-time and full-time and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Degree in architecture, engineering or a comparable field of study
- Extensive industry experience and relevant specialist knowledge in the field of energy-efficient and climate-neutral construction
- Very good specialist knowledge of the technical and economic framework and boundary conditions of climate-neutral buildings
- Experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects, including construction site experience
- Knowledge of the legal requirements for the energy requirements and energy supply of buildings in Germany
- Experience in professional project management and project leadership
- Confident and engaging manner in dealing with cooperation partners and customers
- High level of communication skills, willingness to work and travel
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Another language from the regions mentioned is an advantage
