Consultant (m/f/d) for sustainable reorganization solutions in the field of innovation and transformation
Your tasks
- Together with the team, you will develop strategies to address and activate motivated players from the construction and real estate industry and support them in entering the serial refurbishment market.
- You will operate within a broad network and work with us to create exchange and discussion formats and organize target group-specific presentations, workshops and events.
- You support the construction companies, timber construction companies, planners and consultants involved in serial refurbishment in product development and process optimization and work with us to develop industry standards.
- You look for innovative, sustainable products and rapidly renewable raw materials and work with us to develop circular solutions and ideas to ensure the future viability of serial refurbishment solutions.
- You will help to prepare the lessons learned from the projects and create presentation slides and factsheets to promote knowledge transfer within the industry.
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in real estate management, industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable sustainability-oriented field of study
- Professional experience in the construction and/or real estate industry, e.g. planning, project management, construction coordination, project management or change management
- Experience with challenges in the construction and real estate industry in the implementation of climate protection measures, basic knowledge or practical experience of energy supply, energy efficiency, renovation roadmaps, energy certificates and the use of renewable energies
- Ability to work in a team and high motivation
- Ability to think conceptually and work independently
- Ideally an interest in circular construction and practical experience in the field of life cycle assessments and/or sustainability certifications (DGNB DE and/or BREEAM DE)
- Very good written and spoken German
