• As a pipe network foreman/construction supervisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for preparing and supervising the execution of maintenance work on supply networks and systems.
• You will be responsible for supervising the construction of maintenance, renovation and new construction measures
• You monitor the measures for compliance with the service instructions, technical regulations and legal requirements in compliance with all safety regulations
• You accept maintenance measures and are responsible for their billing
• You are responsible for instructing and coordinating employees and external personnel
• You coordinate the service contracts

• Completed training as a technician or master craftsman in the fields of gas, water and/or district heating or a comparable qualification
• Completion of training as a health and safety coordinator, possible at the latest shortly after starting the position
• Several years of professional experience and very good teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the relevant rules, regulations and guidelines
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Participation in on-call duty
• Class B driving license
