Your tasks
- Preparation and dispatch of grid usage invoices in the role of grid operator (periodic and final invoices, budget billing, invoices for excess quantities, metering point operation invoices) and completion of preparatory activities
- Checking and processing incoming complaints about grid usage invoices sent, including the associated invoice corrections
- Clarification and processing of dunning lists and outstanding items from market partners
- Booking positive payment advice notes and preparing them for payment
- Processing special billing cases
- Processing telephone and written inquiries from market partners and network customers
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Ideally sound knowledge in the field of network billing as well as user knowledge of the kVASy software from SIV AG
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented
- With a high degree of initiative
- Systematic even in times with a high workload and keep your good mood
- Enjoy working in a team, but also take on responsibility independently
