Construction representative (m/f/d) as a specialist for service management

Your tasks
- As a construction manager, you are a specialist in service management. You will assume technical and organizational responsibility for your area of responsibility and maintain a clear overview even when faced with demanding challenges and deadline pressure. - Supervision and management of service companies, central contact person for the service specifications.
- Monitoring the recording, documentation and verification of excavated material in accordance with KrWG and SAM specifications.
- Coordinating communication with service providers, ensuring the traceability of disposal processes.
- Technical responsibility for condition assessment, work instructions, occupational safety, risk assessment, instruction and site briefing.
- Supporting the construction managers with specialist knowledge.
- Ensuring proper measurement preparation, invoicing and technical completion notification.
- Documentation of construction processes, quality assurance through spot checks, participation in on-call duty.
Your qualifications
- Completed qualification as a master craftsman, technician or engineer with relevant professional experience.
- Sound knowledge of guidelines and regulations (DIN-VDE, RSA, ZTV) as well as MS Office and a high affinity for IT.
- Advantageous: Knowledge of WFMS, SAP, ServiceCat, logistics cockpit and electricity, street lighting, gas and water.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills, high level of initiative, customer and service orientation.
- Driving license class B.
- Responsible, flexible, able to work in a team and decisive.
