Energy Manager (f/m/d)
The municipality of Lindlar ( www.lindlar.de ) with around 22,000 inhabitants is located in the heart of the “Bergisches Land” nature park and in the catchment area of the city of Cologne (approx. 30 km away).
Your tasks
- Implementation, continuous further development and
- Expansion of an energy management system,
- Analysis of municipal buildings and their energy
- Technical energy consumption to identify optimization
- Optimization potential,
- Determination of the need for action and development of
- Measures for municipal energy management at the municipal
- Municipal properties/to save energy,
- Developing concepts to improve the technical building systems and
- Systems and effective integration of renewable energies,
- Preparation, organization and implementation of training courses and workshops
- Workshops on energy topics for users of municipal buildings
- Buildings,
- Planning requirements and applying for funding for energy management
- Energy management measures,
- Developing a measuring point concept for accurate
- Data collection,
- Preparation and presentation of an annual energy report for
- The properties of the municipality of Lindlar,
- Setting up and maintaining the energy management software and
- Committee and public relations work, reporting.
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree (Diplom (FH) or
- Bachelor) in the fields of energy management,
- Electrical engineering, supply engineering, heating, ventilation and sanitation,
- Air conditioning and environmental protection, environmental engineering, sustainability or
- A comparable technical engineering field of study related to the job
- Field of study,
- Interest in energy management and efficient use of energy,
- Good knowledge of relevant energy laws and
- Energy regulations and
- The Building Energy Act and the Renewable Energy
- Act,
- Enthusiasm for climate protection, renewable energies and
- Innovative energy concepts,
- Professional experience in public administration is
- Desirable,
- Experience in project management
- Ability to work independently, autonomously and
- Goal-oriented work,
- A sense of responsibility as well as a confident and authoritative
- Appearance,
- Confident knowledge of standard MS Office programs and
- Class B driver’s license.
