Your tasks
- As a network manager, you will control and monitor the divisions known to EWR at our control center in Worms. We offer you an exciting and varied job as well as the opportunity to work independently and develop personally and professionally. But what exactly would that look like?
- Participation in system maintenance and support as well as troubleshooting and fault rectification in the control system.
- Independent management of the supply networks and systems for electricity, gas, water and services in shifts.
- Project planning of process and system diagrams, documentation of system data and logs as well as analysis of reports.
- Participation in the implementation of information security management (ISMS) and support of technical interfaces.
- Contact person for network control centers, authorities and external service providers as well as participation in the on-call service.
Your qualifications
- Completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman or network manager.
- Good knowledge of grid management, grid management systems as well as IT knowledge and a class B driver’s license.
- Initial knowledge of VDE and accident prevention regulations.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills as well as a high level of initiative, analytical working methods and solution-oriented thinking.
- High degree of flexibility, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and willingness to work shifts and make independent decisions.
