Your tasks
- Review, design, optimization and simplification of metering service processes
- Development and implementation of the meter reading control project
- Controlling the awarding of contracts to service companies
- Monitoring the portals, interfaces and order issue, reporting metering service processes
- Correction of meter reading errors for metering services
- Recording and entering meter readings
- Processing written and telephone customer inquiries as well as system-based determination of discrepancies and processing via internal commissioning of IT service providers
- Master data maintenance
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training as well as completed further training BA or equivalent skills and knowledge
- Class B driving license required
- Several years of knowledge of regulations and laws (e.g. BDEW, VDE and DVGW worksheets, in particular G260 and G685, MSB, MaKo, WiM processes)
- Several years of professional experience in an energy supply company with a willingness to learn and change and good time and self-management skills
- Ability to cooperate and deal with conflict, ability to work in a team and customer orientation
