Team Leader Project Development Wind (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Identification of suitable locations for wind turbines
- Coordination of all necessary planning work for the implementation of wind projects
- Negotiations with authorities and determination of approval requirements
- Establishing contacts and concluding contracts with involved parties such as landowners, tenants, municipalities and authorities
- Presentations to owners’ meetings and municipal bodies
- Developing solutions to problems that arise during the implementation of wind projects
Your qualifications
- Ideally previous knowledge and professional experience in project development or project work
- Enthusiasm and willingness to drive forward the energy transition as well as initial management experience
- Very good written and spoken German
- Basic knowledge of spatial planning, regional planning, urban development planning and law as well as immission control would be desirable
