Your tasks
- What you can expect at SAUTER FM – As a team member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the properties you are responsible for monitoring and operating the building technology.
- You will reliably maintain and service the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems
- You will continuously carry out inspections and functional checks on the technical building systems and rectify any faults if necessary
- You are always ready to help our customers and tenants
- In addition, you will accompany and monitor the subcontractors we use
- You carefully record warranty defects in order to pursue them in a timely manner
- You will take part in the on-call duty in rotation with your colleagues
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a HVAC plant mechanic, central heating and ventilation engineer or comparable training
- First professional experience in building services engineering
- Interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of electrical or fire protection technology desirable
- Class B driving license
- Strong service orientation and independent way of working
