Your tasks
- Technical advice on complex connection applications (especially medium voltage)
- Supporting the customer through the entire special grid connection process (key account)
- Central monitoring and control of the internal special grid connection process
- Suggestions for improving customer processes to central process management
- De-escalation of tense appointment situations
Your qualifications
- Engineering studies with a Bachelor’s degree, alternatively technician or master craftsman
- Understanding of complex technical issues
- Experience in electricity grid operation
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards, regulations and laws, in particular VDE, NELEV, EAAV, EEG, EnWG, MsbG
- Very good IT skills
- Ability to abstract complex processes including digital recording / mapping
- Knowledge of the common SAP modules
- Very good knowledge of the GIS system
- Good communication skills, confident manner, high level of self-motivation
- Structured and organized way of working Ability to work in a team
- Class B driving license
